Web Developer (Vancouver)

This successful candidate will be assisting in the development and maintenance of marketing websites, marketing materials, advertising campaigns and other collateral for VMP Group. 

Responsibilities will include: 
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of websites from an aesthetic perspective, and collaterals for new and existing programs and services 
• Designing and manipulating artwork essentials for various marketing campaigns and materials 
• Coordinating on advertisements, brochures, email campaigns and other incidentals with corporate sales team, including research support 
• Managing web positioning and implementing benchmarking standards 

Qualifications include: 
• Minimum 3 years experience as Graphic Artist or Web Designer, preferably in an advertising or graphics design firm 
• Extensive experience in website layouts and web aesthetics, especially with the design stage of website development including work on navigation paradigms and graphical themes. 
• Experience in UI best practices is preferred 
• Knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, PHP\MySQl and MS Office Suite 
• Computer savvy and ability to learn new software and applications quickly 
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for design 
• Keen creative drive and ability to analyze and follow existing materials 
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and conducting research 
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to organize and multitask

Junior Web Marketer (Vancouver)

The focus of the role will be developing targeted marketing campaigns and ideally the skills required include HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL Server and ability to write good content. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a role within a company who are forward thinking and willing to invest time into developing their employees.
